Here is a downloadable Spread Sheet that gives you a way of tracking how large of an exercise load you are performing on a daily and weekly basis.
The file contains four sheets, one for the total exercise load and three others that correspond to cardiovascular exercise, strength training, and flexibility training. There are instructions on each page, but feel free to write me if you have any questions.
